Certification path_

We believe that there is an urgent need to challenge the ways of working in the Organizations and we observe that our approach allows to achieve a positive impact quickly.

Because we want to share our know-how with as many people as possible, we have developed, in partnership with Coaching Ways, a certification training path. It is intended for any catalyst of change in organizations, managers and coaches.

Thus, we train and certify two new pioneering professions for the 21st century Organization:

• The Agile Team Mentor (level 1)
• The Agile Organization Mentor (level 2)
